We have more than 40 years of experience in management and strategy consulting, particularly for medium-sized companies as well as well-known industry associations and individual large corporations.

Our focus:

  • Conceptualising and moderating strategy and organisational development processes according to the principle “Structure follows strategy”. Since we have references in numerous sectors, we are able to quickly analyse the relevant market and competitive conditions as well as the drivers of the respective business models and identify possible courses of action.
  • Assessing the suitability and capacity of a company for reorganisation: auditing, assessing restructuring and reorganisation potential, and outlining possible courses of action and capital requirements.
  • Developing operational and financial restructuring measures, including integral financial planning (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow and liquidity management). This involves close consultation with the owners, board of directors and management.
  • Preparing reorganisation concepts, determining capital requirements, conducting negotiations with capital providers as well as finding new investors and capital providers (see our focus on mergers and acquisitions).
  • Providing implementation support and reporting to the owners and the board of directors, in some instances also by assuming a board function in the company.
  • For legal matters, we collaborate with specialised commercial lawyers across national borders.
  • Our focus industries include the electronics industry, medical technology, plant and metal construction, tool and plastic injection moulding industry, supplier industry, main construction industry and real estate companies, electrical installations and building technology, IT companies, wholesale, mountain railways and the hotel sector.
