- Especially in various industry segments, in the construction and real estate sector, in energy and building technology as well as in the hotel and tourism sector, we have an excellent network of potential buyers (strategic investors / private equity investors) throughout Switzerland and in the DACH region. In the DACH region, depending on the wishes and know-how of our clients, we work together with foreign partners, especially in the phases of negotiations and contracting.
- When selling a company, we are able to prepare a solid sales dossier as a basis for the sales process, including the determination of an indicative company value. In our experience, aspects such as the technological and industrial competence of the company, the plant and equipment park, customers and order situation as well as the skills of the management are value-determining factors in addition to the classic financial ratios.
- When structuring the transaction as part of a purchase or sale process, we are familiar from numerous transactions with the various models for structuring acquisitions, investments and financing.
