Economic development
Support for municipal and cantonal offices as well as federal agencies on conceptual issues related to economic development, the development of a business-friendly administration, and the optimal alignment of various policy areas (e.g., spatial development policy, transport policy, fiscal and investment policy) with a view to strengthening the economic location. Peder Plaz leads the Graubünden Economic Forum, a think tank active in this field, on a mandate basis. René Goetz heads the economic development department of the city of Bülach.
Analysis of location development
Analyses on topics related to location development and improving the relevant framework conditions for the Swiss economy serve as a basis for the economic justification of political initiatives or investment projects at the municipal, cantonal, and federal levels. For data-driven analysis, we have powerful databases as well as customized data cockpits and dashboards, which we continuously update and maintain. We also make these available to our partners.
