3.3 Second Home Analysis Assignment
Upon commissioning the second home analysis, the client shall provide Hanser Consulting AG with the information necessary to carry out the assignment. This information will be used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and for any necessary follow-up inquiries.
The required information includes, in particular:
Municipality
First and last name of the contact person
Position of the contact person
Email address
Address
Phone number
The client undertakes to provide the following documents in full and accurately:
Current municipal budget for the period to be analyzed
Balance sheet including a list of amortizations
The period to be analyzed corresponds to the option selected by the client (“Current annual budget” or “Average of the last three annual budgets”).
The client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data and documents provided. Hanser Consulting AG shall not be held liable for any delays or discrepancies in the results due to incomplete or incorrect information.
The processing of data is carried out for the fulfillment of the contract in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and (where necessary) on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The client and Hanser Consulting AG may use the results freely and independently of one another. In particular, Hanser Consulting AG may also publicly publish the results as key performance indicator comparisons.
